We carry Wildflower, Alfalfa, and Mesquite Honey.
WILDFLOWER- Wildflower Honey is medium amber in color and medium strong in taste. It is a mixture of many nectar sources. This honey is the best choice for those people that want honey to help with allergies.
ALFALFA- Also know as a mono-floral honey with is nectar of a single type of flower. Alfalfa honey has a delicate flavor that isn’t overpowering and often taste slightly grassy with hints of vanilla.
MESQUITE-Dark amber colored creamy honey with a rich and slightly smokey flavor

Pollen $20 per lb
Local pollen has been proven to help with allergies and protects the liver from affects of some toxins. Bee pollen is also claimed to lower cholesterol, reduce hardening of the arteries, improve metabolism, and increase hormone levels. Pollen is also a great source of many vitamins and minerals.
Adults can take 3-5 teaspoons daily.
Children can take 1-2 teaspoons daily.
Propolis
Propolis is a resinous substance that bees collect from various sources, such as tree buds, sap flows, and other botanical materials. They then mix this resin with beeswax and enzymes to create propolis. Bees use propolis primarily as a structural material in their hives, filling in small gaps and cracks, reinforcing the hive structure, and providing protection against intruders and pathogens.
